Lauren is a proven professional with over 15 years experience in high technology focusing on large scale business systems implementations and data analytics. Previously at Terra Lycos, Lauren was the Director of Marketing Automation. Her accomplishments included leading the creation of the largest Marketing data warehouse in the company's history. She leveraged the business intelligence derived from the warehouse to create effective marketing programs focused on growing subscription revenue for Terra Lycos web sites. These programs resulted in a 60% increase in subscribers.

Prior to that position, Lauren was the Director of Advertising Products and Services at Terra Lycos. In this role, she managed a large team that defined creative online marketing opportunities for Terra Lycos advertisers. She grew the Terra Lycos advertising volume from less than 1 million ads served per month to 2.1 billion ads served per month. The result was a significant increase in corporate revenue and profits.
